Description

This antique Japanese Wakizashi is signed by Omi no Kami Fujiwara Tsuguhiro, an apprentice of the third-gen Yasutsugu from the Echizen Shimosaka school. Forged in the early Edo period (Kanbun Era, 1661-1673), the blade measures 53.6 cm in length with a curvature of 0.8 cm. It comes with an NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Certificate and NTHK Kanteisho Certificate for the koshirae, and is accompanied by a shirasaya case, koshirae sword mounting, and a traditional carrying case.
