NihontoWatchNihontoWatchおおよそ 物を作る ことに、これほどまでの才を持つ御仁を知らず。 藤安将平（まひさら）。 福島 立子山に 鍛錬場を構える 刀匠也。 この 平白鞘小刀 は、小刀、平白鞘、唐木柄 その全てを、藤安刀匠が 御一人で工作されたものである。 小刀、草書は、刀匠が銘切り鏨（たがね）で、まるで 筆を使うが如く、下書きもせず 一気に切る。 某書家曰く 「筆でもこれ程の文字は、ない」 柄、床柱の木っ端にて、黄味は 勿論天然色。 磨き込むと 地景の如く、肌が浮き立つ。 なでらかな弧を描く平地に、鯉口と尻に 同じく唐木を填める。 茎は 決してがたせず。 鞘は 朴（ホウ）の木にて細工し、裏面に 刀匠直筆箱書きあり。 将平刀匠にとって 物を作る とは、この上ない喜びであり、その全てが 御刀に集約されるのです。 この小刀から 刀匠の御刀を想像するは、さも有りなん。 刀匠 藤安将平、天才は 確かに存在します。
