This is a katana made by Fujiyasu Masahira in 1974 while he was staying in Nagano. Masahira is a highly acclaimed modern swordsmith, known for his strong and beautiful blades. This particular sword features a wide body, solid construction, and a graceful tachi-style curve, with a tight itame hada and a bright suguha hamon.
