This is a daisho set (matching katana and wakizashi) by the smith Minryushi Toshizane, born in Inaba province in 1777. Both blades are accompanied by NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon certificates and come with matching koshirae and shirasaya. The set features well-forged Itame jigane and elegant Suguha hamon, characteristic of Toshizane's work.
