This antique Japanese katana, signed by Naomasa and dated August 1868, comes with an NBTHK Hozon Certificate. Forged at the pivotal end of the Edo period, it represents a time of great change in Japanese history. The blade features a length of 69.4 cm and a curvature of 1.4 cm, and includes a koshirae mounting with a Kurikara-ken themed menuki and a kairagi samegawa togidashi-zaya scabbard.
