This is a naginata, a polearm, made in collaboration by Hoki-no-kami Hirotaka and Harima Daijo Shigetaka, both from the Echizen Shimosaka school during the early Edo period. The blade features a well-forged jitetsu with fine ko-itame hada and a suguha-based hamon with some gunome. It comes with a Tokubetsu Hozon Token certificate from the NBTHK.
