This katana is attributed to Hiromasa, a prominent smith of the Echizen Shimosaka school. The blade features a cutting test inscription indicating it was used to cut through two bodies stacked on top of each other. The blade has a bright hamon with various activities and is in excellent condition after being recently polished.
