This is a Gendaito katana made by Yasumitsu, a smith from Chikushu (modern-day Fukuoka Prefecture) born in 1956. The blade features a long nagasa, light weight, and good balance, making it ideal for Iaido practice. It comes with a complete koshirae, including a newly re-wrapped tsuka.
