This is a modern katana made by So Kaneyoshi, son of Mukansa swordsmith So Tsutomu, known for his Heisei-era O-wazamono "Sasatsuyu." Commissioned for iaido, this unused blade features a tightly packed itame-hada and a flamboyant chōji hamon. It comes with a newly made koshirae and shirasaya, offering excellent balance and a lightweight feel ideal for practice.
