This is a Gendaito katana by Minamoto-no Moriatsu, born Shinichi Fujita in 1934 in Kagoshima Prefecture. He studied under the first Moriatsu and Kongo Hyoe Moritaka, and is a member of the All Japan Swordsmith Association, having received numerous awards at the Shinsakumeitoten exhibition. The blade measures 74.5cm with a sori of 2.2cm and comes with koshirae.
