NihontoWatchNihontoWatchsmall moku Edo Higo Kinko tsuba. Polished shibuichi plate with silver zogan dragon and a constellation tail. Silver clouds on the reverse. Shakudo sekigane. An excellent example of 19th century example of Edo Higo work, not commonly seen in shibuichi. Shadow of the seppa on front and back and a slight discoloration at the top as seen in the second picture. I suspect that both can be cleared as they don't seem to have bitten into the plate. 6.5 cm x 5.6 cm x 5 mm.
