Description

This is a suit of armor (gusoku) featuring gold kozane (small scales) laced with moegi-ito (yellow-green silk cords) in a ni-mai do (two-piece cuirass) style. It is said to have been passed down through the Ikoma family, lords of Yashima in Ugo Province. The armor is a valuable historical artifact, meticulously crafted with attention to decorative details.
