Description

This is a Kuidedashi tsuba, likely used for a tanto koshirae with a thick kasane. It features a dark copper ground with fine V-shaped patterns, and shallow, randomly interrupted lines parallel to the tsuba's rim. There is a single hitsu-ana and a saya-dome hole opposite the nakago-ana. The condition is good, with slight verdigris on the reverse.
