Description

This antique Japanese Wakizashi is signed by Omi no Kami Minamoto Hisamichi, believed to be the first generation of the Mishina school. Forged during the Early Edo Period (1650-1673), it features a chrysanthemum emblem on the tang, symbolizing imperial permission. The blade comes with an NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Certificate, koshirae, and shirasaya.
