Description

This is an antique Daisho (a pair of Katana and Wakizashi) signed by Kanemoto from the late Muromachi period. Both blades are certified with NBTHK Hozon certificates. The swords were forged in Mino province, known for the MINO-DEN style, and feature Sanbon Sugi tempering lines. The Wakizashi has an unusual Orikaeshi Mei (folded signature).
