Description

This is a set of fuchi-kashira featuring a Kirin (mythical creature) design, attributed to the Kaga Kinko school. It is unsigned (mumei) and dates to the Edo period. The set is made of shakudo nanako with high-relief carving and iroe (color inlay) decoration, and comes with a Tokubetsu Hozon Tosogu certificate.
