Description

This antique Japanese katana is signed by Omi no Daijyo Fujiwara Tadahiro, the first son of the renowned first-gen Tadayoshi, active during the Early Edo Period (1624-1688) in Hizen province. It features a Suguha Hamon and beautiful Jigane, characteristic of Hizen blades. The sword comes with a Tokubetsu Hozon Certificate from the NBTHK, confirming its authenticity and high artistic value, and includes a full koshirae mounting with detailed fittings.
